We believe in:
Cleanliness
Your usual perception of a roofing project is to be messy, long and loud. Our roofing projects are supervised by our own project manager Justin. The day of the installation we come with our portable container/trailers and after we finish the installation we drive off with the trailer. No dumpster/ container will remain on your property longer than two days after installation. We always leave it better than we found it. With your new roofing project, a complimentary pressure wash usually is completed after installation.
We believe in:
Transparency
We also photograph completed roofing projects not only to use on this website, but because we are proud to clearly and openly show you the installation of the new roofing system. We take photographs of the complete tear off and the decking repairs (rotten plywood), use of leak barrier in the roof around the vulnerable areas, the wall penetrations, the chimney work, the flashings replacement, and the overall installation of the shingles.
We believe in:
Integrity
Installing a roofing system is more than just the curb appeal or the overall look of the roof. It is about the right team installing a reliable roof for your home. Encōr Home & Roofing is a dependable roofing contractor working in San Antonio and surrounding areas. Integrity means commitment to install the best lifetime roofing system, the best leak barrier, the best ridge cap, the best attic ventilation, the best deck protection and the best starter strip that you and your home deserves.
We believe in:
Good Neighbors
We’re rarely on a project more than a day and that day can be noisy and it requires us to bring equipment. We will take care of your neighbors and keep you on good terms with them. Your Neighbors will be notified the day of the installation in the morning about your roofing project, and they will be given the opportunity to express concern. We can accommodate them to avoid any inconveniences. During and after installation few debris might fall over into their yard. We will ask for permission to clean the area.
